Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Trimmer/Climber to trim and remove trees, operate and service equipment, and support crew safety in outdoor environments. The role is full-time, non-exempt, with hourly pay and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities include loading equipment, managing debris, and assisting in training new staff, while maintaining safe practices around customers and the public.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work with hands above head and climb or work from ladders.
• Capable of physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather.
• No fear of heights.

Responsibilities

• Trim and remove trees, branches, and trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools and equipment.
• Cut and split large debris into pieces.
• Spray areas to prevent regrowth.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Feed brush and debris into woodchipper.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Set up barriers and direct traffic as needed.
• Assist in training new employees.
