Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber to trim and remove trees, and to operate and service all required tools and equipment on job sites. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable performance in varying weather and terrain.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Able to walk, climb, and work from ladders or at various heights on uneven surfaces.
• No fear of heights.
• Good hand‑to‑eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Trim and/or remove trees, branches, and trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Cut and split large debris into manageable pieces.
• Relays hand signals, directs traffic, drives, and operates trucks and equipment as assigned.
• Keeps trucks and work areas clean and orderly.
• Safeguards employees and the public from hazards in the work area.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
