Job summary

Trees, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber to perform tree trimming and removal tasks, operate and maintain equipment, and ensure safety at the work site. This full-time, non-exempt role involves handling debris, assisting in traffic control, and coordinating with customers to complete jobs efficiently.

The position requires physical stamina, comfort with heights, and adherence to safety protocols. A driver’s license is preferred, and pre-employment screens may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work with hands above head for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to walk, climb, and work from ladders, or at various heights, on uneven and slippery surfaces.
• No fear of heights.
• Must have good hand-to-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Cleans and prepares work area, loads/unloads trucks.
• Feeds brush & debris into a woodchipper.
• Repairs minor job-related damage to lawns, fences, and walkways.
• Sets up barriers, warning signs, flags, markers, etc. to protect employees and the public.
