Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber to perform tree trimming and removal duties in a full-time, non-exempt role. The position involves operating and maintaining equipment, loading materials, and coordinating with team members in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Must be able to walk, climb, and work from ladders at various heights in uneven conditions.
• No fear of heights.
• Good hand-to-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Trims and removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operates and services required tools/equipment.
• Cuts and splits large debris into manageable pieces.
• Sprays areas to prevent further growth.
• Loads/unloads trucks and feeds brush into a woodchipper.
• Repairs minor damage to lawn, fences, and walkways.
• Maintains equipment and tools in safe condition.
• Sets up barriers and signals to protect workers and the public.
• Trained to perform tree and bucket rescue.
• Assists in training new employees.
