Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Trimmer/Climber to perform tree trimming and removal operations in Shelby, NC. You will operate and service required tools, load and unload materials, and assist in maintaining safety around work sites with traffic control and signage.

Entry-level candidates are welcome; high school diploma preferred. Must be comfortable working at heights and with physical labor, and you will train for tree and bucket rescue as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work at heights and on ladders.
• High school diploma preferred; entry-level role available.
• No fear of heights; good hand-eye coordination required.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service tools and equipment.
• Loads/unloads trucks; feeds brush into a woodchipper.
• Relays signals, directs traffic, and maintains site safety.
