Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Identifies tree and shrub species.
• Familiar with electrical hazards.

Responsibilities

• Plans, assigns, directs, checks, and coordinates work.
• Operates and services equipment listed in the job description.
• Cleans up and disposes of all debris.
• Uses hand-tools such as axes, pruners and other equipment as required.
• Sprays brush and stumps with appropriate herbicides.
• Ensures quality and quantity of production.
• Performs labor to keep crew operation flowing.
• Maintains safety and production standards for the crew.
• Obtains owner permissions to trim or remove trees on property.
• Communicates with customers about access and work details.
• Promotes good customer relations and behavior of crew.
• Safeguards employees and the public from hazards.
