Job summary

Tree Masters in San Rafael, CA is seeking a Tree Foreman to lead a crew of tree care professionals, plan and execute work orders, and ensure safe, efficient maintenance of trees across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of tree care experience, a valid driver's license, and strong knowledge of safety regulations. CDL is a plus and experience with bucket trucks is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tree care or related field.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong knowledge of tree care techniques and safety regulations.
• Experienced Tree Climber in the Tree Care Industry (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of tree care professionals to ensure safe and efficient maintenance of trees in various locations.
• Oversee daily operations of the team, including planning and executing work orders, managing equipment and supplies, and ensuring safety compliance.
• Perform tree maintenance tasks such as pruning, trimming, and removal as needed.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for tree care services.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure timely submission of reports.
