Job summary

Wright Tree Service is seeking a Crew Leader in Minnesota to coach the crew and ensure production goals are met. You will identify safety hazards, assign tasks, and prioritize work on site under the direction of the General Foreperson.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of OSHA regulations, tree care operations, and experience working near energized lines. Flexibility for long hours, overtime, and on-call duties is expected.

Qualifications

• Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience working on tree trimming or clearing crews, or has completed applicable skills assessments.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; CPR/First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and ANSI tree care standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to policies, safety practices and procedures; conducts pre-job briefings and assigns crew tasks.
• Coaches crew on safety, quality work, and OSHA standards; maintains records and reports.
• Directs tree trimming, herbicide application, and access coordination with property owners.
