Job summary

Wright Tree Service is hiring a Crew Leader to provide leadership and coaching to the tree care crew, ensuring safety and productive work on job sites. You will allocate tasks, monitor progress, and enforce OSHA-compliant practices alongside the General Foreperson.

Expect hands-on work with herbicide application, climbing gear, and heavy equipment; maintain records and communicate clearly with property owners and stakeholders. This role requires flexibility for overtime and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience on tree trimming or clearing crews.
• CPR/First-Aid certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to obtain/maintain CDL and DOT medical card as required.

Responsibilities

• Coach crew on safety, policies and procedures and OSHA compliance.
• Identify hazards and coordinate with General Foreperson for safe operations.
• Operate and maintain tree care equipment and vehicle safety checks.
• Load materials, manage crew assignments and monitor productivity.
