Job summary

Wright Tree Service is seeking a Crew Leader to guide a tree care crew on job sites, ensure safe operations, and prioritize tasks under the General Foreperson. You will coordinate with customers, apply herbicides as required, and maintain records of work performed.

The role requires strong leadership, OSHA knowledge, and familiarity with ANSI standards and electrical hazards. On-site, long hours, and potential emergency assignments are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and coaching abilities in crew settings.
• Strong safety focus and OSHA awareness for field operations.
• Basic understanding of tree care standards (ANSI Z133.1, ANSI A300) and electrical hazards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach crew to meet production goals.
• Identify and address safety hazards; enforce company safety policies.
• Oversee tree trimming/removal with appropriate equipment; manage job site access.
