Ansco & Associates, LLC is hiring a Tree Trimming Laborer in Lincolnton, NC for entry-level field work. You will assist in clearing and cleaning trees and obstructions for telecom infrastructure projects, with hands-on training and safety-first practices.

The role involves loading debris, operating chainsaws and chippers, and supporting the crew on site with daily tasks. We value reliability and physical fitness for outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Ability to brace, tie, and guide trees to provide support.
• Ability to climb trees using climbing hooks and climbing belt.
• Able to work overtime, after hours, weekends and in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Collect debris from trimming and removal operations into piles using rakes, shovels, and forks.
• Cut away dead or excess branches from trees or clear branches around lines using climbing equipment or buckets, while operating chainsaws and tools.
• Load debris onto trucks in preparation for hauling away.
• Operate shredding and chipping equipment and feed limbs into machines.
• Remove broken limbs from utility wires using hooked extension poles.
• Trim, top, and reshape trees to achieve attractive shapes or remove low branches.
• Operate boom trucks, chippers, power saws and other equipment typical to tree maintenance; monitor activity for safety and efficiency.
