You will work closely with Crew Leaders, perform climbing tasks, interact professionally with customers on-site, and adhere to safety protocols and ANSI standards.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years climbing, rigging, pruning and removal experience.
• High attention to safety practices.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform climbing and rigging for pruning and removals.
• Communicate clearly with Crew Leaders and ground crew.
• Delegate tasks to Groundsmen as directed.
• Maintain a professional appearance on job sites.
• Interact respectfully with customers when on-site.
• Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Adhere to ANSI standards for tree care operations.
• Assist with aerial lift operations when applicable.
• Work 40+ hours per week.
