Joshua Tree Experts in Raleigh, NC is seeking a skilled Tree Climber to join a 2-4 person crew and perform tree removal, pruning, and preservation tasks. You will help ensure safe operations, maintain equipment, and communicate with clients near the job site.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of tree climbing experience.
• Physical ability to climb every day.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with crew leader and coworkers effectively to maintain professional image.
• Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Delegate work to Groundman Operations Specialist.
• Maintain vehicle and assigned equipment.
• Follow company safety culture.
• Understand and follow ANSI standards for Tree Care Operations.
• Understanding of aerial lift operations.
