Job summary

Joshua Tree Experts in North Dallas is seeking an experienced Tree Climber to join a 2–4 person crew. You will assist in tree removal, pruning, and preservation while prioritizing safety and reliability in daily tasks.

You will communicate with the crew leader and clients at the job site, maintain equipment, and ensure a professional image. Valid driver’s license and 4+ years of climbing experience are required. This is a full-time, year-round role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with crew and clients.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and professional conduct.
• At least 4 years of tree climbing experience and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with crew leader and coworkers effectively
• Maintain professional image
• Provide excellent customer service
• Delegate work to Groundman Operations Specialist
• Maintain vehicle and assigned equipment
• Follow company safety culture
• Understand and follow ANSI standards for Tree Care Operations
• Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week
• Understanding of aerial lift operations
