Job summary

Joshua Tree Experts in Texas is seeking an experienced Tree Climber to join a fast-growing, premium team. You will work with top-tier equipment in high-end neighborhoods, performing pruning, removals and preservation with safety at the forefront.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of professional climbing, a HS diploma/GED, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. You’ll operate aerial lift gear, collaborate in 2–4 person crews, and deliver professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional tree climbing experience.
• High school diploma/GED and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to perform demanding aerial work in varying outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Execute professional climbing for tree pruning, removals, and preservation.
• Work collaboratively within 2–4 person crews and delegate tasks to ground support.
• Operate aerial lift equipment and maintain assigned tools and climbing gear.
• Engage professionally with homeowners to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Identify potential property needs and communicate upselling opportunities to the crew leader.
• Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and jobsite standards.
