Job summary

Joshua Tree Experts in North Dallas is seeking an experienced Tree Climber to join a 2–4 person crew. You will assist in tree removal, pruning, and preservation while upholding safety standards and delivering professional service to clients near job sites.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of tree climbing experience.
• Physical ability to climb daily.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with crew leader and coworkers to maintain professional image.
• Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Delegate work to Groundman Operations Specialist.
• Maintain vehicle and assigned equipment.
• Follow company safety culture.
• Understand and follow ANSI standards for Tree Care Operations.
• Understanding of aerial lift operations.
