Job summary

Joshua Tree Experts in North Dallas is seeking an experienced Tree Climber to join a 2-4 person crew. This full-time role supports tree removal, pruning, and preservation, with emphasis on safety and client communication. Paid training and opportunities for certification are offered.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of climbing experience, HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Training and advancement are a priority.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of tree climbing experience.
• Physical ability to climb daily.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with crew leader and coworkers to maintain a professional image.
• Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Provide excellent customer service at job sites.
• Delegate work to Groundman Operations Specialist when appropriate.
• Maintain vehicle and assigned equipment.
• Follow company safety culture.
• Understand and follow ANSI standards for Tree Care Operations.
• Understand aerial lift operations.

Joshua Tree Experts, the premier tree care professionals in North Dallas, is searching for an experienced Tree Climber!

As a Tree Climber with Joshua Tree Experts you will work alongside a 2 to 4-person tree crew. You will be assisting in tree removal, tree pruning, and general tree preservation techniques. Being a Climber is an extremely important role for Tree Crew. Climber's are responsible for ensuring safe tree operations, maintaining assigned equipment, and communicating with effectively with crew. Climbers play a key role in communicating with clients and public near the job site.

What a Tree Climber does:

• Communicates with crew leader and coworkers effectively to maintain professional image
