Joshua Tree Experts in North Dallas is seeking an experienced Tree Climber to join our premier tree care team. You will perform expert climbing for removals, pruning, and preservation work while upholding our premium standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional tree climbing experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Commitment to safety and following established protocols.
• Physical ability for demanding climbing work.
• Team-oriented with willingness to train others.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert tree climbing for removals, pruning, and preservation work
• Communicate effectively with crew leader and team members
• Maintain professional image and represent JTE's premium brand standards
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with homeowners
• Delegate work to ground crew and ensure safe operations
• Maintain assigned equipment and climbing gear to company standards
• Follow comprehensive safety protocols and ANSI standards
• Identify and communicate upselling opportunities to crew leader
• Work minimum 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities
• Understand and operate aerial lift equipment as needed
