Job summary

SavATree is seeking a Tree Climber in Training on our General Tree Care Team in Wisconsin. You’ll work outdoors, visit properties, and perform climbing and pruning duties using safe techniques to protect landscapes. This role is physical and emphasizes safety, teamwork, and precision.

The position includes a sign-on bonus of $1,500, paid PTO, health and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, a flexible spending plan, and an equipment account. A valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of outdoor work and climbing trees.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean DMV record.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to learn climbing techniques and tree care practices.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a crew to provide high-quality tree care including pruning, removals, and cable bracing.
• Safely operate climbing gear, chainsaws, and other equipment.
• Apply proper pruning techniques and tree care practices.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Deliver excellent service to clients while maintaining professional standards.
