Job summary

Brightview Landscapes LLC is seeking a Climber II to work in trees performing pruning, cabling, bracing, lightning protection, and removals. You will support site clearance, chip debris, and dispose of debris.

Expect on-site work with safety protocols and equipment operation across terrains. Requirements include intermediate tree care skills, ability to follow procedures, and strong communication while maintaining a safe work zone.

Qualifications

• Demonstration of role specific skills or verifiable requisite experience.
• Ability to interpret diverse written instructions and safety rules.
• Capable of effective communication and teamwork in field operations.
• Willingness to obtain EHAP, First-Aid and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate tree care operations including pruning and limb removal (up to 100 ft).
• Access trees safely under company protocols and move within canopy while reducing damage.
• Operate powered equipment such as chippers, trucks and blowers safely.
• Demonstrate chainsaw skills for ground-based and canopy work.
• Use hand tools for routine tree care tasks and rigging systems for safe removals.
• Wear PPE and maintain a safe, organized work zone.
• Follow plans to prevent property damage and personal injury during tasks.
