SavATree is seeking a Crew Lead Tree Climber in Colorado Springs to join our General Tree Care Team. You will perform pruning, removals, and cabling while leading a crew and ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires expertise in climbing, pruning, and equipment use with a focus on health and beauty of landscapes. Excellent teamwork and safety are emphasized, with ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Authorization to work legally in the U.S. stated.
• Passion for outdoor work and environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality tree care services including pruning, removals, and cabling.
• Climb trees safely using ropes, saddle, and ladders.
• Operate chainsaws, bucket trucks and other equipment effectively.
• Apply ANSI A300 Pruning Standards and ANSI Z safety guidelines.
