You’ll climb safely with ropes and ladders, operate chainsaws and bucket trucks, and apply ANSI pruning standards to protect trees. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and quality with growth opportunities in a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Proficient pruning techniques for large trees and ornamentals.
• Experience with chainsaws and aerial lifts.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and legal work status.
• Able to climb safely and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform pruning, removals, and cabling for trees and shrubs.
• Climb trees safely using ropes, saddle, and ladders.
• Operate chainsaws, aerial lifts, and other equipment effectively.
• Apply ANSI A300 pruning standards and ANSI Z safety practices.
• Identify hazards and perform safety checks before, during, and after each job.
• Maintain communication with team members and clients to ensure safety and service quality.
