Job Description

Designs By Sundown is seeking full-time Tree and Shrub Care Spray Technicians. We offer overtime, extra pay for snow removal, and continuous training to advance your career. Technicians operate independently, managing their own workspace, and contribute to high-end residential and commercial pest management services.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients
• Complete diagnostic reports
• Diagnose and treat insect, disease, physiological, and cultural issues
• Select appropriate treatments and products
• Apply granular, liquid, and systemic treatments safely

Experience Requirements

• Valid and clean MVR
• At least 1 year of experience with spray and application equipment
• Knowledge of tree and shrub species native to Colorado and adaptable to zones 4-6
• Experience with pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers
• Ability to diagnose pest and nutrient issues
• Positive attitude, punctuality, teachability, self-motivation
• Honesty and trustworthiness
• Customer satisfaction focus
• Effective communication skills
