Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape seeks a Tree Care Superintendent to lead a crew on high-profile commercial properties. You will plan, schedule, and supervise tree care tasks, ensure safety and quality, and interface with clients and management to meet contract specs.

Strong leadership, lift operation, and client-service focus are essential; bilingual in Spanish is a plus. A clean driving record is preferred as you travel between sites and ensure top-tier landscape results.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a crew of laborers providing tree care services.
• Ability to operate a lift.
• Exceptional client-service skills and a proactive ownership mindset.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and implement tree care tasks to meet contract specs, budgets, and client expectations.
• Supervise tree care service activities for each crew, ensuring safety and quality.
• Demonstrate proper equipment use and assist with tree trimming and cleanup.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers and other employees as needed; maintain regular client communication.
