Job summary
Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a Landscape Superintendent to lead a field crew delivering maintenance and landscape upgrade services on high-profile commercial properties. Qualifications
- Experience managing a crew of laborers in landscaping or related services.
- Exceptional client-service skills and ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to read landscape plans and layout plantings.
- Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
- Clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and implement the tasks of a field crew to meet contract specifications and budgets.
- Supervise all lawn maintenance activities and ensure safety and quality for clients.
- Assist the Account Manager in enhancing client landscapes with appropriate services.
- Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed.
- Interact with Yellowstone Landscape clientele through verbal and written communications.
- Monitor landscape health and care needs on assigned properties.
