Job summary

Alpine Tree Service is seeking a driven Sales Arborist in New Jersey to diagnose client needs, design tree care solutions, and close work with strong margins. You’ll build and manage your own pipeline and prepare professional proposals for residential and commercial clients.

In this field-based role, you’ll own revenue metrics, communicate clearly with clients, and collaborate with operations to ensure jobs are executed as scoped. ISA certification is preferred and supported.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales experience with measurable results
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up discipline
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
• Proficient with CRM systems and basic technology
• Ability to identify common tree species and conditions
• English proficiency
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess tree care needs
• Diagnose tree health, risk, and structure and recommend services
• Build and manage a self-generated pipeline of leads and opportunities
• Prepare accurate, professional proposals and job scopes
• Clearly communicate pricing, timelines, and expectations
• Track activity, follow-ups, and revenue in CRM
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure jobs are executed properly
• Own your numbers: revenue, close rate, average job size, and margin
