Job summary

SavATree is seeking a Tree Climber/CDL Driver to maintain and preserve client landscapes. You will climb, prune, and protect trees, executing removals and bracing with safety standards. This role involves operating bucket trucks and chainsaws in a team environment.

You should be comfortable working outdoors, on varying properties, and committed to quality service and safety. CDL is a plus; valid work authorization in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with pruning large shade trees and ornamentals.
• Ability to identify native and introduced tree/shrub species.
• Ability to climb without spurs.
• Knowledge of tree care safety standards.
• Hands-on experience with chainsaws and related equipment.
• Experience operating bucket trucks.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license (CDL a plus).
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Climb and prune large shade trees and ornamentals using proper practices.
• Perform removals, cable bracing, and other tree care techniques.
• Safely operate chainsaws, equipment, and aerial lifts (bucket trucks).
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality service to clients.
• Apply industry safety standards in all aspects of tree care.
