Job summary

SavATree is seeking a Tree Climber to join our General Tree Care Team in the local area. You will climb and prune large trees, perform removals and bracing, and help deliver high-quality service to our clients. The role requires safe operation of chainsaws and aerial lifts, and a focus on safety throughout all tasks.

You’ll work outdoors on diverse properties, with training and career growth in arboriculture. A Class C driver’s license is required within 90 days of employment, and CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in pruning large shade trees and ornamentals.
• Ability to climb safely and use equipment with proper practices.
• Knowledge of tree care safety standards and industry guidelines.
• Ability to identify native and introduced trees and shrubs.
• Experience operating chainsaws and related equipment.
• Experience with aerial lifts (bucket trucks).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license (Class C); CDL a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
