Job summary

SavATree Spring Valley is seeking a Groundsperson: General Tree Care to join our outdoor team. You’ll perform pruning, removals, cabling, and other essential tree care tasks, using chainsaws and rigging gear to support client landscapes.

We value safety, accuracy, and hands-on learning as you develop climbing and equipment handling skills while contributing to a team committed to quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn climbing without spurs and proper safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist pruning, removals, cabling, and bracing as part of the General Tree Care team.
• Operate chainsaws, rigging, and other equipment safely and effectively.
• Apply climbing and pruning techniques to maintain tree health and safety.
• Provide high-quality service to clients on diverse properties.
• Follow safety protocols and industry best practices.
