Job summary

LandGraphics in California seeks a dependable, safety-focused Tree Care Groundsman to join our Tree Care team. This outdoor role supports pruning, removals, and general tree work with experienced crew members.

If you enjoy physical outdoor work, value safety, and seek growth opportunities, we'd love to hear from you. You will operate chainsaws and power equipment, set up safe work zones, assist climbers, and help maintain tools and vehicles.

Qualifications

• Experience in tree care, landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor preferred.
• Experience operating chainsaws or similar power equipment is a plus.
• Physically able to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Valid California Driver's License preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tree pruning, removals, trimming, and other tree care services.
• Operate chainsaws, wood chippers, stump grinders, blowers, and other equipment safely.
• Drag, chip, and dispose of tree debris and brush.
• Assist climbers with ropes, rigging, and lowering operations.
• Set up and maintain safe work zones using cones, signs, and barricades.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Follow all company safety policies and Cal/OSHA regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing LandGraphics.
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
