Tri-State Tree Service in Pensacola, FL is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to guide field teams in pruning and tree removal while upholding safety and quality standards.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will supervise operations, coordinate equipment use, train staff, and ensure compliance with ANSI/OSHA. The position requires 3+ years of tree care experience and a clean driving record; full-time with a day shift and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in tree care with climbing/bucket operation.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience leading crews of climbers and ground staff.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all tree care activities, ensuring crew members have required safety equipment and training
• Maintain highest safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and ANSI/OSHA regulations
• Lead crew communications to achieve exceptional safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Train and mentor less experienced employees
