Job summary

SavATree is seeking a motivated candidate to join as a Groundsperson and enroll in a 2-year Climber-In-Training Apprenticeship through Front Range Community College. This full-time role includes monthly classes (Nov–Mar) and comprehensive benefits, with outdoor work on the Tree Care crew focused on climbing, pruning, and safety to support client landscapes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
• Desire to learn climbing techniques and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Support General Tree Care crew with pruning, removals, and cable bracing tasks.
• Safely operate equipment and follow safety standards on site.
• Learn climbing techniques and tree identification while on the job.
