Position Overview

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) in Center Township, PA, is seeking a dedicated Treatment Support Technician 2 to join our Inpatient Program team. This role involves creating a safe, supportive environment for adolescents to heal and grow. We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

1. Facilitate discussion groups and activities.
2. Monitor patient behavior and conduct handbook orientation.
3. Search patient belongings and rooms as necessary.
4. Act as liaison between clinical staff and patients.
5. Assist with patient assessments and monitor communication with families.
6. Assist in crisis interventions and document progress.
7. Transport patients and monitor medication and ADLs.
8. Complete intake paperwork and monitor patient treatment assignments.
9. Attend mandatory trainings and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a favorable driving record.
• Pass background checks, clearances, drug screening, TB test, and obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Must attest to at least 18 months of recovery from substance use disorder if applicable.
