The Treatment Manager is responsible for the quality oversight, facilitation and delivery of Accredited Programmes and Structured Interventions addressing offending behaviour to meet court-imposed sentence requirements. The role is regionally based, reporting to a Programme Manager and providing professional supervision to Programme Facilitators within the region.

• Experience supervising staff or teams within a criminal justice or rehabilitation setting.
• Ability to translate policies into practical delivery of accredited programmes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee quality of delivery of Accredited Programmes and Structured Interventions.
• Provide professional supervision to Programme Facilitators and advise on performance improvements.
• Coordinate planning for programme delivery including suitability assessments and managing waiting lists.
• Deliver both accredited and non-accredited programmes as required to maintain accreditation.
• Maintain communication with Probation Practitioners to exchange relevant information in a timely manner.
• Support rota-based on-call cover for evenings and weekends.
