Hamburg Dental Care - Smiles Styles is seeking a friendly Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our dental team in New Jersey. You will present and explain treatment options, review costs and financing, and help patients understand insurance coverage to move care forward.

As a key liaison between patients and clinicians, you'll coordinate appointments, discuss payment options, and ensure exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous dental office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable discussing treatment fees and financial arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain dental treatment plans to patients.
• Review treatment costs, insurance benefits, and financing options.
• Help patients understand their insurance coverage and out-of-pocket expenses.
• Coordinate appointments and follow up on outstanding treatment plans.
• Discuss payment options and help patients maximize their dental benefits.
