Job summary

Hireology is seeking a compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services within our care team. You will work closely with interdisciplinary staff to promote resident comfort, healing, and safety.

You will perform dressing changes, wound assessments, monitor healing progress, document findings, and educate staff on prevention and treatment protocols. An active LVN or RN license is required; wound care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing.
• Wound care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Independent and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes and wound assessments.
• Monitor healing progress of wounds and incisions.
• Communicate care plans with physicians and families.
• Evaluate residents' nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing to ensure continuity of care.
