Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to provide high-quality wound care and treatment services, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes.

The role requires active licensure and experience in wound care. You will evaluate patient needs, document progress, and educate staff while supporting full-time coverage and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state.
• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds and incisions.
• Communicate care plans with physicians and families.
• Evaluate nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing to ensure continuity of care.

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our care team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.

Your Impact as a Treatment Nurse

In this role, you will:

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols
• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care
