RADIAS Health is seeking a Treatment Director to oversee clinical programming and supervise a team of mental health professionals in multiple Minnesota locations. The role emphasizes evidence-based practices and community-based service delivery to improve client outcomes.

The position reports to the Director of Residential Treatment and Supportive Housing, with duties including policy development, training, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the behavioral sciences or related field is required.
• Minimum of 4,000 hours of experience providing services to mentally ill persons is required.
• 2,000 hours of training or experience in administration or supervision is required.
• LICSW/LP/LMFT preferred as licensure.
• Four weeks of PTO accrue in the first year; 12 paid holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical aspects of the facility’s programming, including treatment planning and policy implementation.
• Supervise and evaluate staff, and provide consultation and training on program structure and systems.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DHS licensing and other authorities; maintain documentation and reporting.
• Provide ongoing professional development and supervision for staff and ensure 24-hour supervision coverage.
