Job summary

AHL HealthCare Group in Duluth, MN seeks a full-time Clinical Director to oversee the Brainerd House IRTS facility, a 90-day program for co-occurring mental health treatment. The role requires clinical leadership, staff supervision, and ensuring program compliance.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday with some on-call; compensation ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year depending on experience. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must qualify as a Mental Health Professional.
• Licensed professional in applicable field (RN/LCSW/Psychologist/Physician/LMFT/LPCC).
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Reliability and flexibility are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to employees delivering Mental Health and Positive Support Services.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments.
• Consult on referrals with the Registered Nurse.
• Oversee and approve Individual Treatment Plans and related documentation.
• Provide education and training to employees and caregivers.
• Ensure DHS standards and 245I compliance.
