RADIAS Health seeks a Senior Clinical Director of Residential Services to provide strategic clinical leadership across IRTS and Crisis programs. You will oversee treatment planning, policy development, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, while guiding program growth and quality improvement.

The role requires Minnesota licensure, a master’s degree, and extensive leadership experience in behavioral health, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, training, and cross-team

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Mental Health Professional in Minnesota.
• Master’s degree in the behavioral sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 4,000 hours of work experience providing services to mentally ill persons.
• Minimum of 4,000 hours of experience in administration or supervision.
• 5 or more years progressively responsible leadership experience in behavioral health or related setting.
• Demonstrated ability to use data, financial information, and quality measures to guide decisions and improve performance.
• Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic clinical leadership across RADIAS Health Residential Services IRTS and Crisis programs.
• Oversee treatment programming including groups, activities and treatment planning for each division.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and professional practice standards.
• Lead program growth, innovation and service integration based on organizational priorities.
• Manage program budgets and monitor financial performance to improve sustainability and revenue.
• Hire and supervise Program Directors; conduct performance evaluations and development plans.
