Job description

We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team!

If you love working with patients, enjoy collaborating with a great group of professionals, and have strong knowledge of dental treatments and financing options, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

1. Schedule patient appointments and coordinate their treatment plans.
2. Verify HMO and PPO insurance coverage.
3. Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, using your knowledge of dental terminology.
4. Help patients find affordable options for their treatment, including payment plans and financing.
5. Provide top-notch customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
6. Keep the office organized and welcoming for our patients.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 3+ years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator.
2. Comfortable working with multiple providers in a busy practice.
3. Knowledge of dental software (Open Dental is a plus).
4. Spanish-speaking is a plus!
5. Available to work weekends (everyone on our team works either Saturday or Sunday).

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20-$24/hr DOE
