Kelson Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator who will guide new patients through their orthodontic journey with empathy and clarity. You will support the orthodontist, verify benefits, discuss treatment options, and help families navigate schedules and finances.

Responsibilities

• Manage orthodontic records including Itero scans and photographs.
• Verify insurance benefits.
• Assist orthodontist in developing treatment plans.
• Discuss financials with parents and patients.
• Coordinate appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service while keeping a fun atmosphere.
• Self-manage in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for the practice manager.
• Prepare daily and weekly charts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Orthodontic records including Itero Scans and Orthodontic Photographs.
• Verifying insurance benefits.
• Working closely with the orthodontist to develop treatment plans.
• Discussing financials with parents/patients.
• Coordinating appointments.
• Providing excellent customer service while having fun with our patients.
• Ability to self-manage in an ever changing fast-paced environment.
• Being highly motivated to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Daily and Weekly tracking reports: End of month numbers turned into the practice manager at the end of each month.
• Prep daily and weekly charts.
