Effingham Smiles Family Dentistry & Effingham TOO is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to support patient scheduling and treatment coordination. The role focuses on explaining treatment options and associated costs to patients, and ensuring smooth coordination between referring offices and surgical teams.

You will collect data, clearances, consent forms, and payments, maintaining effective communication with patients and all involved parties.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication & customer service skills.
• Experience & understanding of accounting and office systems such as Microsoft Office, Excel (dental software systems a plus!).
