Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of dental office experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on treatment plans and options.
• Present treatment plan options including payment plans and scheduling.
• Support the dentist to educate patients and maintain a collaborative environment.
• Handle administrative responsibilities accurately and timely.
• Answer patient questions regarding treatment, insurance, finances and scheduling.
• Deliver superior customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
