Marquee Dental Partners seeks a Business Assistant II (Treatment Coordinator) to bridge patients and the dental team. You will educate patients on treatment plans, present financial and scheduling options, and ensure clear understanding of oral care needs to support clinician goals.

Under the Operations Leader, you will educate patients, present plans with payment options, and help patients make informed decisions for healthier smiles while upholding HIPAA/OSHA requirements and delivering

Qualifications

Tech savvy and proficient with standard dental office software.

Responsibilities

Educate patients on treatment plans and answer questions.
Present treatment options including payment plans and scheduling.
Achieve financial goals by gaining acceptance to treatment plans.
Support dentist and maintain a positive, collaborative environment.
Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely.
Answer patient calls and questions about treatment, insurance, finances, and scheduling.
Deliver superior customer service for an outstanding patient experience.
Follow HIPAA and OSHA safety procedures as required.
Maintain PHI protection and data security.
