Rog-Orthodontics in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a Treatment Coordinator, a dynamic sales professional who serves as the first contact for prospective patients. The Treatment Coordinator is a dynamic sales professional and one of the most influential roles within our practice. As the first point of contact for prospective patients, you\'ll build relationships, understand each patient\'s needs, and confidently guide them through their orthodontic journey.
Success in this role comes from creating an exceptional customer experience while educating patients on treatment options, overcoming objections, and helping families make confident decisions about their smile. You\'ll leverage your sales skills and consultative approach to drive treatment acceptance, support business growth, and foster long-term patient relationships.

Opportunity to earn between $50k - $70k per year between base rate and commission combined.
