Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of relative sales experience.
  • Dental knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain high treatment acceptance rate by educating patients on the orthodontic process, costs, insurance, and financing options.
  • Convert consultations into treatment starts and meet sales goals.
  • Solicit referrals from patients post-treatment and track satisfaction.
  • Contact patients/guarantors the day before or day of appointments regarding fees and to confirm visits.
  • Notify office management if schedules for consults are not filled.
  • Ensure patients are cleared for treatment, including all cleanings and restorations.
  • Promote and uphold the values of Rog-Orthodontics in all interactions.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and communicate with potential customers in a friendly, efficient manner.

Job description

The Treatment Coordinator is a dynamic sales professional and one of the most influential roles within our practice. As the first point of contact for prospective patients, you\'ll build relationships, understand each patient\'s needs, and confidently guide them through their orthodontic journey.

Success in this role comes from creating an exceptional customer experience while educating patients on treatment options, overcoming objections, and helping families make confident decisions about their smile. You\'ll leverage your sales skills and consultative approach to drive treatment acceptance, support business growth, and foster long-term patient relationships.

Opportunity to earn between $50k - $70k per year between base rate and commission combined.

  • Obtaining high treatment acceptance rate of 70% or higher by educating and discussing the orthodontic treatment process, cost of treatment, insurance coverage, and finance options.
  • Consistently achieve established sales goals by converting consultations into treatment starts. Individual performance is tracked through treatment acceptance rates and other key sales metrics.
  • Solicit referrals from patients post-treatment while at the same time tracking satisfaction with work provided.
  • Contact patients/guarantors the day prior or the day of the appointment regarding fees due and to confirm the appointment.
  • Communicate to office management if schedules are not filled for consults.
  • Ensure patients are cleared for treatment including all cleanings and restorations are validated before beginning treatment.
  • Promoting and upholding the values of Harrington Orthodontics in all aspects of the job.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and communicate with potential customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Ensure patients are cleared for treatment including all cleanings and restorations are validated before beginning treatment.
  • Ensure patients are compliant with appointments, financial obligations, send the appropriate communication leading up to or including termination from treatment.
