Job summary

Gentle Dental Van Mall in Vancouver, WA seeks a Treatment Coordinator to manage patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will clearly communicate financial options and guide patients through the proposed plan to acceptance.

The role requires at least 2 years in a medical front office, comfort with presenting treatment costs, and strong computer skills. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate a must (QSI/Denticon experience is a plus).
• Bilingual a plus
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment.
