Hoch Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. This role educates new patients on treatment options, works with financial arrangements, and builds strong patient relationships to keep schedules full.

Responsibilities include presenting treatment plans, educating on payment options, coordinating referrals, and supporting local marketing and community events. High school diploma required; college preferred.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry required.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Ability to talk to a person, not at a person.
