Job summary

Castle Dental in Round Rock seeks a Dental Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from diagnosis to scheduling. You will present treatment plans, review findings, and educate patients on benefits and costs. Schedule treatments and address questions to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Responsibilities include explaining fees, insurance options, and financing while delivering a standout patient experience and meeting case acceptance goals. 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of dental treatment coordination, front office, or related healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment planning.
• Experience discussing dental insurance, treatment fees, and financing options.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Overview

Castle Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Round Rock! We are looking for someone to guide patients through their treatment journey from diagnosis to scheduling. The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in helping patients understand their recommended treatment, make informed decisions, and move forward with care.

Schedule (days/hours)

M-F 8am-5pm (hour lunch)

Responsibilities
