Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Treatment Care Coordinator in California to create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You will welcome patients, assist with scheduling, and help with financial arrangements for treatment.

You will support check-in/check-out, verify insurance, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding patients through their visit with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
